Where does CYRIL ship from?
We have warehouse operations in the United States, so customers in the U.S. can enjoy fast delivery, with most orders arriving within 3–5 business days. For international orders, shipping times vary by destination, but we also work with reliable expedited logistics partners to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
How long does shipping usually take?

Do you sell directly on your website?

Are CYRIL helmets DOT certified?

Can I use a motorcycle helmet that has been dropped?
A minor drop with no rider inside the helmet does not always mean it must be replaced. However, if the helmet shows any cracks, liner damage, loose parts, or if you are unsure, stop using it and contact us for guidance.
Should I replace my helmet after a crash?
Yes. If your helmet has been involved in a crash or significant impact, we strongly recommend replacing it. Even if external damage is not obvious, the impact-absorbing liner may already be compromised.

How do I choose the right helmet size?
Measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows and compare it with the size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes, contact us for guidance before ordering.
How should a motorcycle helmet fit?
A proper helmet should feel snug and secure all around the head without causing sharp pressure points. It should not move excessively when you shake your head.
Why can two helmet models fit differently in the same size?

Will the helmet loosen over time?
Yes. The interior comfort padding will usually break in slightly after regular use, so a new helmet should feel snug at first.
What should I do if I’m between sizes?
If you are between sizes, the best choice depends on your head shape and fit preference. In most cases, choosing the snugger fit is better, but we recommend contacting us for model-specific advice.
Helmet Care
How should I clean my helmet?
Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth, mild soap, and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the finish or components.
How do I clean the visor?
Rinse off dust or debris first, then gently wipe the visor with a microfiber cloth and mild soap solution. Never scrub a dry visor, as that may cause scratches.
Can I wash the interior liner?
If your helmet model has a removable liner, hand washing with mild detergent and air drying is recommended. Make sure all parts are completely dry before reinstalling.
How often should I replace my helmet?
Helmet lifespan depends on use, storage conditions, and impact history. As a general rule, replace your helmet sooner if it has been crashed, damaged, or shows signs of aging or wear.
How should I store my helmet?
Store your helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, fuel vapors, and excessive heat. Proper storage helps preserve both the shell and interior materials.

Can I mount an action camera on my helmet?

Can I modify my helmet?
We do not recommend drilling, cutting, repainting, or making structural changes to your helmet. Modifications may reduce safety performance and void warranty coverage.

Does CYRIL offer a warranty?
Yes. CYRIL provides warranty support for eligible products purchased through authorized channels. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, crash
