Our limited warranty covers eligible CYRIL products within the warranty periods listed below, starting from the original date of purchase.

Coverage Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Improper use, misuse, negligence, or abuse
• Improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Accidents, impact damage, or crash-related damage
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic aging or surface scratches
• Improper storage, cleaning, or maintenance
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, extreme heat, or environmental conditions
• Removal, alteration, or defacement of product labels, serial numbers, or proof of identification
• Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or channels

Any structural modification to the helmet may void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

• Our team may request additional information or troubleshooting before approving a warranty claim.
• If inspection or return is required, return instructions will be provided by our support team.
• Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

CYRIL’s responsibility under this limited warranty is restricted to the repair or replacement of eligible products at our sole discretion. If repair or replacement is not possible, CYRIL may offer an alternative solution where appropriate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CYRIL shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by region.
